How MegAligna operates
Every capability described here is in the product. Feature pages publish alongside the features they describe rather than ahead of them. If a page describes something you cannot find in your account, that is a defect, and it is corrected as one.
Prices are published. The per-seat rate, the free-seat rules and the monthly minimum are on the pricing page in full. Most vendors in this category quote privately, which means comparing them requires a sales call first.
Comparisons include the rows we lose. Each comparison page names the areas where the other product leads — Motivity’s live session streaming, Raven’s offline data capture, SimplePractice’s in-app claim filing — because choosing between two systems requires both columns.
What the product does not do
MegAligna does not transmit claims to payers. Finished charges leave as superbills, CMS-1500 PDFs and CSV exports for whoever bills for your practice. It does not check patient benefits, and it embeds no video: telehealth sessions are scheduled and billed here, and the practice brings its own HIPAA-covered video platform under its own agreement. Each of these limits appears on the feature page a buyer reads before starting a trial.

Pages that make clinical or billing claims carry a byline naming the reviewer, with their relationship to us disclosed next to their name rather than in a footer. The current review panel:

How to report an inaccuracy
If a page describes a capability you cannot find in the product, write to support@cloudpracticemanagementsoftware.com. We either correct the page or fix the product, and we tell you which one happened.
What that looks like in practice is written down rather than asserted: the security and data commitments page lists the controls, and pricing is published rather than quoted.
