What the reports cover
- Included
Revenue by provider and location
Charges and collections per rendering provider and per site, over any date range, matching the per-session detail your biller works from.
- Included
Collections against charges
What was billed, what was collected, what remains outstanding, with patient balances separated from what is awaiting insurance processing.
- Included
Utilization and cancellations
Delivered hours against scheduled and authorized hours, with cancellation reason codes, per provider and per client.
- Included
CSV export on every report
Every table exports as CSV with stable column names, so a bookkeeper can build a repeatable monthly import into the accounting system the practice already uses.
- Included
Ledger handoff by import rather than integration
The CSV exports are built to import into QuickBooks, Xero or whatever your bookkeeper runs, with stable columns and one repeatable monthly mapping. There is no live QuickBooks or Xero connection today; a two-way sync is on the roadmap.
How the exports reach QuickBooks or Xero
The exports are built around how bookkeepers work: a repeatable monthly import with stable column names, into QuickBooks, Xero or any system that reads CSV.
An import is deliberately the primary path rather than a live sync. A failed import reports the error before anything posts, so it gets corrected in the same sitting, whereas a misconfigured sync writes wrong entries to a ledger without announcing it. A two-way sync is on the roadmap; the CSV handoff works today.
The owner dashboard behind these reports stores a daily snapshot of the practice’s key numbers. Trends are therefore computed against recorded history rather than recalculated from current data, so a change arrow compares this month with the figure as it actually stood last month.
The numbers underneath these come from billing, and what the software itself costs is published rather than quoted.
