Apollo’s published bands
Apollo is cloud practice management built for physical therapists: its homepage line is “Designed by PT’s for PT’s”, with scheduling, documentation, billing and reporting in one subscription. It prices by how many practitioners you have, in five bands, and every band includes unlimited scheduling, billing and EMR.

There is no long-term contract (cancel and you pay for the current month only), and setup is free for a limited time. Extra locations cost nothing: one account can hold several practice locations.
Where one hire moves the bill
Band pricing is cheap at the top of a band and expensive at the bottom. Two edges matter most:
- Five to six practitioners: $228 becomes $348, an extra $120 a month for one therapist.
- Ten to eleven practitioners: $348 becomes $708, an extra $360 a month, more than doubling the bill for the eleventh hire.
If you are at five or ten today and planning to hire, price the next band, not the current one.
Three years at five clinic sizes
At today’s published prices on both sides, times 36 months. Ours is $20 per active clinical seat with a $99 monthly minimum.

Those columns do not buy the same thing, and the difference runs in Apollo’s favour on one point that matters to many PT clinics: claims. Apollo’s feature page describes electronic claims in the standard 837 formats and automatic posting of 835 payment files, and its pricing page says it can send claim information to your billing service. We do not transmit claims to payers; your biller receives charges and claim-form data as an export, set out in the CMS-1500 field guide. Apollo’s bands also carry a text and fax allowance. If your clinic submits its own claims electronically, that is the row to decide on, and the totals above are secondary.
